Simple email marketing set up for New Zealand service and coaching businesses

Ready to start email marketing and need your email marketing platform set up? Congrats on choosing to connect with your audience through email marketing. I'll set you up with your chosen provider, create an on-brand template and get you ready to take over the reigns or hand over to your virtual assistant or marketing manager. 

  • Email service provider setup: All the basics taken care of for setting up your email platform of choice: Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Kit, Brevo, Campaign monitor and Active Campaign are common examples. I won't dictate the platform only recommend as I've used so many. 
  • Email template setup: I'll create a simple email template that can be used for your newsletters. We'll discuss what's right for you in the onboarding.
  • 3 weeks email questions to support: If you get stuck in the first few weeks then email me and I'll happily record a loom video or email suggestions and resources through to you (Monday to Friday).


Simple email setup starts from $500 NZD. (Note: I do offer package prices if you purchase a welcome sequence setup service).

Who is this email marketing setup service for?



This email service is for Australian and New Zealand service business owners. Like all my services this is who I specialise in working with.

  • Professional services businesses (accountants, marketing agencies, financial services etc.)
  • Coaches (e.g. executive coaches, b2b coaches, life coaches, health coaches, business coaches)
  • Service providers who believe in consent or permission-based marketing (emailing people who have said they want to hear from you).


If your values align but your service is similar but not an exact match to these then reach out. I'll let you know if I can help or if I can recommend someone else who is a better fit.


Who is this email service not a fit for?



  • Businesses who want to use this service for cold outreach
  • Businesses with a list of emails gained without consent (I don't upload emails collected via scraping, purchasing or other collection methods without a clear opt-in. Using scraped and purchased lists is a violation of most email platforms terms of service).
  • Someone with an old list that is not willing to reconfirm the opt-in where necessary (Mailchimp will often suspend your account if you upload a lot of emails and they will insist you reconfirm that these email addresses want to be emailed by you).

Maybe. I can't say without discussing this further. Typically, I use the main email marketing platforms. Please reach out and I'll give you an honest answer. 

I'm not currently offering email newsletter or campaign management services. At some point I may offer these services or arrange a collaborative project so you get full end-to-end email marketing management. But it's not something I can offer at this time. 

Alternatively you can outsource it to a Virtual Assistant or email marketer that can offers email campaign management (happy to suggest some if you're stuck). 


However, I will setup templates you can use to make it easy to send emails and outsource this. 

I don't have a team of employee's or contractors. You're getting me for this email setup project. If I change that in the future I'll let you know upfront.
